NIR’s project in Colombia aim to strengthen the social dialog, a important component of a well functioning labour market. The two-and-a-half-year project (2018-2020) focuses on three components; to create a labour market dialogue initiative, to support the current mediation mechanism at firm level, as well as to design local social dialog workplace programs.
